Mark Batterson of National Community Church is a creative and inspirational guy. He has a life goal list. Things he wants to accomplish in his life. He brings them to prayer and sets family, travel, physical, experience, and influence goals. I highly suggest you read the short PDF and try it out. He talks about dreaming as praying and how Proverbs 28 says where there is no vision the people perish. I am working on it now- it also inspired me to remember some things from 2008....Here are some things I remember doing in 2008:

Moved into my newly built house (paint, decorate, paint, paint)
Went to Virginia Beach on vacation- Just me and Paul
Rode a two person bike
Went to a David Crowder concert at the Electric Factory
Bought brand new furniture for the first time ever
Went to a Ministers Wives Conference and learned about Grace
Celebrated 5 years of marriage
Went to a Marriage Retreat
Decorated for the 2008 PennDel District Conference
Went to a Shane & Shane /Phil Wickham concert in Newark
Diagnosed with PCOS (finally, an answer to my craziness!)
Got my LSA5 at work (able to sell business insurance now)
Got in my first car accident (not my fault btw)
Threw Paul a 28th birthday party
Organized the grand opening at Calvary Community Center
Planned a friends baby shower
Read Wanting All the Right Things by Shirin Taber
Read The Shack (most of it)
Gave up church décor and coffee cart to spend more time with God and reflecting on His direction for my life
Read In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day
Read Adventures in Holy Matrimony
Took several successful photos
Did the Delaware Heart Walk
Joined Facebook
Had a successful 1980’s party
Witnessed Paul’s first morning sermon, baby dedication, & baptism
Got my first very own cell phone (I know, I know)
Discovered how much I enjoy Rockband (wii)
Volunteering at Give a Kid a Chance
Got this blog
Helped my dog Zeke transition with one fake eye
Had Christmas at my new house with both sides of the family
Fell more in love with amazing and beautiful husband
Learned a little more about patience, grace, and God’s plan for me while growing a little bit closer to my Abba Father.
